- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing your order — the courier will contact you before delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the recipient.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Our Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In its original packaging.
- Unused and in the same condition you received it (except if defective).
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective product or we sent you the wrong item, we take full responsibility. In this case:
- We will cover the return shipping cost.
- You will receive a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
70mai Warranty Claims
All 70mai dashcam products come with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty claims are handled separately from standard returns.
To submit a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase and a description (or video) of the issue. We will assess the claim and get back to you as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items that have been used, installed, or are not in their original packaging.
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery.
