Roh Accessoires is a small, independent car accessories shop based in Casablanca, Morocco. We source our products from trusted local and international suppliers and sell them directly to our customers — both online and in our physical workshop.
We specialize in 70mai dashcams, Azdome products, lighting, window tinting, and car multimedia systems.
Orders & Checkout
Our store operates with guest checkout — you do not need to create an account to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, delivery address, phone number) is accurate.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we are unable to verify delivery information, if a product is out of stock, or if we detect any irregular activity.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer fast delivery across Morocco. Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Shipping costs and exact delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please ensure your phone number is correct, as our delivery partner will contact you before arrival.
Product Availability & Pricing
We strive to keep our website updated, but occasionally a product may become unavailable after you place an order. In this case, we will contact you immediately to offer a replacement or a full refund.
All prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but the price at the time of your order is final.
Warranty Policy
Most of our technical products (like dashcams and multimedia systems) come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. This covers technical defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition (unless they are defective). Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
